Hi Raxit,

At SpeechTEK in New York last week, Paul English, the guy behind gethuman.com, gave the keynote. Microsoft and Nuance, as well as other vendors are trying to say that they support the idea of making speech recognition systems easier to use. The number one complaint of users is that it is too hard to get to a live person.
