If i remember correctly, not of MM but for VoiceApps dirk (of JvoiceXml) has prepared a survey for VUI, for some fact-finding from user perspective, what problems users are facing while using SpeechApps and survey was having detailed question.


before that T.V.Raman of IBM (Currently in Google) has also put some thought on UI principle for Multimodal Design,
